For Oppos that have tried Against the Grain before. Just showed up at my local liquor store and I’m curious, but that’s a lot of money for a bomber. If so, which of these would you recommend?

A 26 of Jameson is more like $35 up here...alcohol has quite the sin tax on it in BC

You’d think, but they are super weird about any alcohol in BC. Only very recently have they decided to give permits to select grocery stores to sell beer and wine, and to allow happy hours again. Also it’s hard to get interesting liquor at bars and restaurants because they’re only allowed to purchase through the liquor control and licensing branch, which doesn’t have good selection. Provincial and private liquor stores, however, can get interesting stuff. It’s all very arbitrary and frustrating.

Bloody hell.
That’s crazy and we were on the fence when the government brought in a minimum cost per litre on spirits here in the U.K. then we acknowledged it was needed to try and reduce underage drinking.
We have two requirements here, you be over 18 and not drunk when buying it, other than that, buy what you want and as much as you want.
